A loving start for your rescued dog (or any dog!)

A dog from a shelter or rescue is a true joy.  But dogs from a rescue situation often need a little extra help starting out in your home.  I can show you how to help make your new dog a part of your family, with minimal stress.  

Puppies and non-shelter dogs need training, too!  See below for services.  DFW and Mid-Cities area.

• Setting up your home environment to help ease the transition for your new dog
• Basic obedience (sit, stay, down, etc.)
• Loose-leash walking
• Jumping on people
• Waiting at the door
• Leaving objects alone
• Clicker training

If you currently do not have a dog, but are thinking about adopting from a shelter, I can accompany you to the facility to assist in finding the right match.

Training is done in your home, at your convenience.  All dogs and puppies need structure, guidance, and support to be their best.  Whether or not your dog is from a shelter, training is a gift to both yourself and your best friend.
